30% discount, support times and 750 free games

As a reaction to the recent developments in connection with the coronavirus, we offer our customers and new customers a discount of 30%. This action is initially active from today until May 1st, 2020 and applies to the private and commercial versions. Depending on the situation, we will extend the action accordingly for you.
If you already have a rental version, the old contract can be terminated by a new order; provided that it is the same or longer term. If the old contract has a term of 12 months, the new one unfortunately cannot use a term of only 6 months. However, the discount applies over the entire term.
With existing purchase versions, you can upgrade to higher limits at a low cost through the discount action and at the same time extend the update period by one year. If you have already ordered an update or upgrade in recent years, you will receive an additional 5% discount, i.e. a total of 35%. For this, please contact us before ordering. We will then send a separate discount code.

Change of support times
We are also affected by the measures announced on Friday. Thus, we must also provide childcare in the morning. This means that regular support times will start from 1 pm onwards until further notice and will be postponed by a few hours.
Important requests concerning the activation of the software will be answered on the same day. All other support requests within 1 to 2 working days. Please use the forum or our Discord server for small things.
If there is a really cogent reason, we are of course also available at short notice in the morning.
