Our new support area

Unfortunately, our old forum has been flooded by spambots almost daily in recent days and weeks. However, it cannot be the task of our supporters and moderators to constantly delete these posts and block the bots as well as the IP range. Therefore, we have set up a new support area for TekBASE, which we will continue to expand in the coming days. It is already available at support.teklab.de reachable.

We will soon make the newly developed WIKI module available to our customers. With the included BBCode editor, extensive guides can be created quickly and easily. Additionally, there is at community.teklab.de a new community area. This will also be provided as a module for customers soon. The management of the community will then be done directly via TekBASE.

The old forum has been locked for new registrations. However, we will keep the existing posts online for our customers for some time.
