TekBASE 8 private - The Update

From today at 5 p.m., all customers with a "private" license can download and install the new version. The update for commercial customers will follow in two to three weeks. TekBASE 8 is the consistent further development of our popular TekBASE Webinterface. We have completely revised almost all areas and packaged them in a fresh design. There is also a lot of new stuff again.

The management of the game servers can not only be expanded by its own modules, but can also be visually customized thanks to the new templates. Additionally, scheduled restarts are no longer limited to preset times. Rather, it is now possible to use a minute‑precise start time.

The same naturally applies to the management of stream servers and voice servers. For stream servers we have additionally integrated a calendar to highlight the listing of playlists and DJs.

With TekBASE 8 we are eliminating the so-called "sponsoring" version, because we have merged all functions into the "private" version. Our customers benefit from the unlocked features such as the ticket and newsletter system. Furthermore, it is possible to assign root servers and virtual servers to other users. The latter can be created, deleted and reinstalled via TekBASE, provided OpenVZ is used. A Proxmox integration is in progress.
