TekBASE - Update 7.5.10

The latest update offers some small improvements in the ticket system. For example, you can now upload multiple files via uploadme, such as screenshots. The customer can specify whether the file should be automatically deleted after X days or X downloads, and whether it should also be protected with a password. Tickets must also be marked as completed by the customer before they can be archived. This is to prevent a customer from accidentally archiving a ticket that has not yet been answered.
As always, the update is available in the admin area of the TekBASE web interface and can be installed from there.
